You don't have to relax a child's hair! Hair care companies create relaxer products especially for children but that doesn't mean that they're safer. These products contain chemicals. Relaxers can sting, burn and cause irreparable damage to a young child's scalp and follicles. This leads to sparse or in some cases completely empty hairlines. How many times have you seen a child with a hairline that begins inches back from where it should be?
Think twice before you touch your little girl's hair with Kiddie Perm!
